Beauty in it's natural state

I got to see a old friend this weekend. Not for a long time unfortunately but for a minute. We went to junior high together and it has been close to 10 years since we have seen each other. She was always nice. She says I use to talk about her,but I don;t talk about people because I don't want someone talking about me. Anyway. She has turned into a beautiful young woman. That makes me happy. She has a nice girlfriend to which I;m always happy to see people happy in a relationship. She has dreads. They have always interested me but I don't think they are my style. Anyways,we chatted for awhile and caught up a little. We talk every week thru text and keep up with what is going on. She was the first person from Memphis I even told that I dated girls. So I have a lot of trust in her even though she doesn't know it. But I had been waiting on this meeting for a long time unfortunately we are grown and when I come to Memphis everybody can't stop their schedules for me. And I understand that and wouldn't want them to . So I have to wait till the next trip to really get a chance to sit down and chat. Hopefully I can make that happen before the end of the year lol. It's nice to have a person that you feel comfortable talking to and that can understand you and not be critical. And in her I have found that person.
